A favorite snack of my kids. They have loved these as long as I can remember. They're super simple to make and last for a good while in the fridge.

In a large mixing bowl, empty all the envelopes.

Pour the water into a large saucepan on high heat and bring to a boil.

Pour the boiling water over the envelopes contents in the bowl and whisk until all the powder is completely dissolved.

Pour into a 9x13 pan and place in the fridge to chill for a minimum of 3 hours.

Cut into 1 inch cubes and store covered in a large Tupperware container in the fridge.

Makes a good snack served alongside some fresh fruit, or top with a dollop of whipped cream for a simple sweet treat!
