Kaddu ka Kofta

First of all take kaddu and finely grate it than take a cotton cloth and put grated kaddu in it and make pothali and squizz it with helping hand and remove extra juice from kaddu and put in a bowl and keep the juice aside for after use.

Add chopped onion,besan green chilli and little bit of salt and mix well with greated kaddu.

Make small kofta size balls and keep aside than heat oil in a kadahi for frying.

Fry all kofta size balls until it get golden brown after that remove all balls from kadahi and keep aside.

Now take garlic, ginger, onion and chilli and put in a jar and make a smooth paste.

Now heat 1 tablespoon oil in kadahi and add bay leaves cook for 30 seconds than add sliced onions mix well and cook for five minutes in medium flame than add sliced tomatoes in it and mix well.

Cook it for 10 minutes until tomatoes get soften after that add ginger garlic and onion paste mix well.

Cook for 5 minutes than add haldi powder,red chilli powder and bhuna jeera and golki powder and mix well cook for 10 minutes.

Add salt and cook it until masalas leave oil it means masala is cooked now add kaddu juice in it.

Mix well and let it boil after boiling add all balls in it and cook for one minute after that off the gas.

Testy and healthy Kaddu kofta is ready serve hot with cooked rice or rotis as your wish.
