Ingredients

30 minutes
2 people
  • 1grated carrot
  • 50 gmcauliflower
  • 20 gmred bellpepper
  • 20 gmyellow bell pepper
  • 2 stalkspring onion
  • 4 clovesgarlic
  • 2 tablespooncornflour
  • 2 tablespoonsoya sauce
  • 2 tablespoonchilli sauce
  • 2 cupwater

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Saute all the vegetables till half cooked

    On other side mix cornflour with 4tbsp of water till smooth consistency and then mix with remaining hot water. Give one boil and lastly add sauces

    Add vegetables on that water.
