This is a very easy recipe. The sauté is simple, if I can do it, you can too.
Steps
- 1
Gather all the ingredients.
- 2
Wash the fish thoroughly. Once washed, make 2 cuts on the front side of each fish, then add salt and lime juice. Let them rest for 10 minutes.
- 3
Heat a pan over medium-high heat, add the 2 cloves of garlic, and fry the fish until golden on both sides.
- 4
Once fried, let them drain on a plate with a piece of paper towel.
- 5
Cut the carrots into batons, the zucchini into thin slices, the mushrooms into slices, the onion into thin strips, and the broccoli in half.
- 6
In a pan over medium heat, add butter, then gradually add the vegetables and sauté.
- 7
Once sautéed, serve the fish and vegetables. Now enjoy! 👌
