The day before, soak the bread crumbs with the following mixture: 5 crushed garlic cloves, 4 1/4 cups water (1 liter), 1 tablespoon paprika, and 1 tablespoon oregano. Pour 5 ladlefuls of this mixture over the bread crumbs using a strainer and stir. Then cover with a damp cloth.

The next day, fry 2 green peppers, 20 peeled garlic cloves, 3 chorizo sausages sliced, and 1 pound (about 500 grams) pork belly in a wok.

Add 1 tablespoon paprika and 3 tablespoons tomato sauce.

Add the soaked bread crumbs and mix everything well.

Finally, fry an egg and place it on top.
