Ingredients

  • 100 gramsFenugreek leaves
  • 250 gramswheat flour
  • 1 tablespoonred chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoonturmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoonsalt
  • 800 mlwater
  • as requiredOil
  • 100 gramscurd

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Chop the Fenugreek. Now prepare the wheat dough and add Fenugreek leaves in it.

    Add all the above listed ingredients in it. And prepare a dough.

    Take the dough and roll it in a circular shape like Roti.

    Heat the pan and bake it by applying oil on both the sides.

    And your Methi Thepla is ready to serve. You can enjoy it with tamato ketchup.
