Steps

Take a pressure cooker and add roughly chopped onions and cashew in it and give 2 vessels in it..After boiling it take out from the cooker and grind them into a grinder and make a fine paste of it..

Now take a pan and add butter, cumin seeds,bay leaves,ginger garlic paste together and saute them for few seconds.Then add onion and cashew paste in it and saute them too for 4-5 mins.

Now after onion paste gets golden in colour add roasted gram flour in it and add chopped Fenugreek leaves, boiled peas and fresh malai in it and mix them together.

Now add salt and garam masala according to your taste and add some water and give a boil in it for 5 mins. now add sugar and mix it well..

Now your methi malai matar is ready to serve.
