Steps

Take ragi flour,gram flour, salt,black pepper,ginger and green chilli in a bowl and add water in it and mix it..now keep it aside for 10 -15 mins..

Now take a non-stick pan and put some oil for greasing and and one serving spoon batter on it and make a shape of cheela.

Now shallow fry it from both sides and your cheela is ready to serve
