Mix grated bottle gourd and besan.

Take a pan to add some oil when it gets hot add jeere and tomato puree, now add salt red chili powder, green chili, turmeric powder, and mix well untill it releases oil.

Now add kofta and water and give them 2 3 boils and then keep it at a low flame.
