In a pan add 1 tbsp ghee once the ghee is heated add the Maggi and roast it until it turns slightly brown.
Once it turns brown turn off the flame. - 2
In another pan add milk just keep 2 to 3 tbsp of milk aside and bring the milk to boil.

In a bowl add 2 tbsp custard and add milk and make paste.

Once the milk is boiled add the custard paste and stir it continuously (make sure there are no lumps)

Then add sugar and give it a mix then add roasted Maggi and cover it with lid and cook it for 10 min (until the Maggi is overcooked).

Then add the cardamom powder, almonds, raisans and give it a mix (if you feel the kheer have turn thick you can add some more milk as require and adjust the consistency.

Once done turn off the flame and transfer it into the serving bowl and garnish it with some more almonds and it's done
