Gobhi Besan Bhaji
Very easy & tasty.
Steps

Take a pan add oil heat it add ginger garlic paste stir it. Now add chopped onion and stir it.

Cook it at low flame till golden colour. Now add besan Or gram flour and all spices mix it well.

Cover it and cook on low flame. After 5 minutes check it and it becomes dry little bit. Now add water and salt and mix both well.

Again cover with lid and cook it at low flame for 15 to 20 minutes. Check it in between otherwise it burns.

Now taste it Is it cooked properly or not and off the flame and leave it for 5 minutes to give it a good steam.

Now it's ready serves hot with chapati or Roti. I made Phulkas.
