Cut cabbage, slice it as thicky as possible, in a medium heat,,add olive oil and butter over deep sauteed pan, as butter melts, add cabbage

Stir the cabbage to turn to golden brown and gets little cripsy. As soon as cabbage is tender and brown,, add vinegar and stir, leave cabbage to undisturbed for 3min,add salt to simmer.. Remove from heat... You can serve with ugali, chapati, rice or stew
