This one’s a weight loss recipe and is basically, a Low Carb & High Fat (LCHF) or what’s commonly known as the Ketogenic/Keto Diet Sandwich Recipe- for those who’re in this very Diet can absolutely kinda blindly vouch for this specific recipe in the very way...!!!

In a frying pan: Add in the Butter (keep in reserve 1.5 tbsps, for later use)- Add in the Ginger-Garlic Paste, sauté for a minute- then, add in all the chopped veggies, aforementioned, sauté until translucent & reduces a bit

Add in the salt and keep sautéing over the medium flame- When done, add in a tsp of milk & one cheese slice- tearing into bits...mix everything well together until nicely combined

Turn off the flame & allow it to cool down a bit before mixing the same with the egg batter- else, the egg would be cooked if it’s hot enough...

Now, whisk the eggs well enough with some salt, peppers & red chilli flakes- Mix the milk & whisk well again until frothy...

Now, mix into it the cooled down veggies mixture & give it all a really good mix until everything is nicely combined & well incorporated

In the same frying pan: Add in the rest of the reserved butter...heat up over the medium flame, now slowly pour in the entire mixture into it & spread all along the pan- let it cook for about 4-5 mins time over the slow flame

Once done with one side- flip it onto the other & again cook it for another 3-4 mins time...Time to add in the rest of the cheese slices onto one side of the omelette & then, fold it carefully- Flame should be low-medium all along now

Once folded properly: Flip onto its other side, carefully & gently & then, Divide the same into 2 halves...
