This is a perfect snack for pre or post workout. If I'm on the go this makes a perfect breakfast. It's tasty, filling and so easy to make!
Power balls
This is a perfect snack for pre or post workout. If I'm on the go this makes a perfect breakfast. It's tasty, filling and so easy to make!
Steps
- 1
Add two ripe bananas to a bowl and mash them with a fork
- 2
Add oats and mix it all well. I like to add oats straightaway to allow the oats to soak the moisture from the bananas
- 3
Chop dried fruit into small pieces and add it to the mixture. I like to use dates and prunes, but cranberries or raisins would be great too!
- 4
It's time to add ground almonds and walnuts
- 5
I usually add just one spoon of honey, but you can make it as sweet as you like. Maple syrup is an option too
- 6
Add the peanut butter 🥜
- 7
Mix it all well, and add more oats if it's too sticky
- 8
Form little balls and pop them in the fridge for at least two hours
- 9
Enjoy, enjoy!
