Ingredients

4 people
  • 2carrots
  • 1white onion
  • Boiled water
  • 1fistful of beans
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 1/2 tablespoonpepper
  • 1/2 tablespoonoregano
  • 3 tbspolive oil
  • 2tomatoes

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the onion in the oil

  2. 2

    Add the carrots

  3. 3

    Add in the boiled water and add in the beans

  4. 4

    Add in the tomato and leave to boil for 45 mins

  5. 5

    After the first 10 mins add the pepper and salt.
