Onion samosa
Steps

Heat kadai. add sliced onion & salt. Saute it till onion turns golden brown. Add chili powder & garam masala powder.

Knead maida as chapati dough by adding water. Make as thin chapathi's as shown in picture. Place it on tawa and half cook it.

Cut the sheets as shown.

Mix a tsp maida and water as a paste.

Follow the steps as shown in picture to get samosa shape. Fill it with onion mixture.

Apply the sides with maida paste and seal it.

Heat oil to deep fry samosas. Deep fry it till it turns to golden brown.

Onion samosas are ready to serve.
