  • 1Nectarine
  • 2 tspWhite wine vinegar
  • 1Salt
  • 1White pepper
  • 1 tspHoney
  • 1 tbspExtra virgin olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the nectarines like avocados: cutting in half around the seed, pull apart, remove the seed, peel, and chop.

  2. 2

    Pulverize Step 1 with a stick blender, then mix with wine vinegar, salt, pepper, and honey. Check the taste and blend while adding olive oil.
