I made a Christmas mix of spices I had at home. I like to add it to meat sauce. If you put it in a bottle, it's easier to use.

I used a large amount of cinnamon, but you can adjust to taste. Try not to add to much clove powder. Recipe by Brandy

Mix the spices in a small dish. Use a spoon or paper to use the spices.

If you add some to rich milk tea, it will give it a Christmasy taste. Add a bit of sugar and honey, too.

Try adding 1/2 teaspoon of it to curry. It's also great with yogurt, toast, crumpets, orange-banana juice, and more.
