Astoundingly Delicious and Easy Kiwi Jam

Jam-making is one of my hobbies. This is an easy-to-make jam made of kiwis, which are cheap and easy to find. It's full of vitamins.
The tart, vitamin-C packed, and textured with little seeds makes this an irresistible jam.

You can also use this same method to make apple, peach, or mikan tangerine jam. There are 2 points to keep in mind: Simmer on low heat, and be diligent about removing the scum. When it turns to a jam-like consistency, it's ready. You can make jello by adding gelatin. I look forward to sharing a variety of jam recipes. Recipe by Wataamebonba-

Ingredients

  • 3Kiwis
  • 70 gramsto 100 grams Granulated sugar
  • 1 tbspLemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove the skins from the kiwi and chop into small pieces. Put the chopped kiwi into a pot.

    Cover the kiwi with enough sugar to coat the pieces, add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and let sit for about 1 hour.

  3. 3

    When the liquid is drawn out of the kiwi, simmer for about 20 minutes on low heat, removing any scum that rises to the top. When the kiwi becomes translucent and the liquid thickens, it's done.

    Put it into a sterilized jar and chill. The sweet tartness and texture of the kiwi is astoundingly delicious. Enjoy it in yogurt or on bread.
