  • 3Bay leaf
  • 5-6Whole red chilli
  • 7 to 8Garlic cloves
  • 6 tbspOlive oil
  • Salt ➡️ as required
  • 1 tbspLemon juice
  • Coal➡️ For smoke
  • 1 tspSmoked paprika
  • 1 tspOregano

    Add all spices in a mixer and blend it with olive oil

  2. 2

    Now add this marinda on chicken

  3. 3

    Now give coal smoke on chicken

  4. 4

    Marinate chicken for 30 min

  5. 5

    Grill each side for 7 min

  6. 6

    Tada your delicious peri peri chicken is ready
