Ingredients

5 - 10 people
  1. 500 gFlour
  2. 1/2 cupSugar
  3. 100 gPowdered milk
  4. 1 tspSalt
  5. 2 tspNutmeg
  6. 1/2 tspBaking powder
  7. 100 gButter
  8. 1large Egg 🥚
  9. 1 cupchilled water
  10. Vegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all dry ingredients together and mix evenly with hand✋

  2. 2

    Add butter and mix well

  3. 3

    Add egg and mix well till it gets crumby.

  4. 4

    Add the chilled water bit by bit to form a dough, knead for 5min and allow the dough to rest.

  5. 5

    Roll out and cut to your desired shape then fry
