I made balsamic onion omelette today. It's a simple egg omelette served with balsamic vinegar, onions, tomato slice and cheese.

Fry the onions in butter until soft and then mix with balsamic vinegar and salt, keep aside.

Whip eggs with a little water and salt.

Heat butter in a pan, put egg batter and cook till it cooked.

Fold the omelette into a half-moon and sprinkle grated cheese.

Serve with balsamic vinegar onions and grilled tomato rings.
