Wash and chop the strawberries.

In a sauce pan place strawberries add sugar and water on medium heat bring it to boil while mixing and smashing

Strain it, again add the filtrate (watery syrup) into pan again. Bring to boil. Boil till thick syrup is achieve (low flame). When color changes off flame it's ready and allow to cool. Use or refrigerate for later use. Can be in smoothie, yoghurt, on top of a cake, trifle and many more.
