Ingredients

  1. 1Sweet potatoes (cassava root)
  2. 3 tbsp☆Palm sugar (brown sugar)
  3. 300 gramsCoconut milk (powdered, canned, or raw)
  4. 1★Rum (optional)
  5. 1★Cinnamon (powder or stick)
  6. 20cm ★Pandan leaves (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare all ingredients.

  2. 2

    This is the cassava root. If you can't get it, you can use sweet potato instead. Peel, then boil until softened.

    Once soft, add the remaining ingredients and simmer until it's as rich as you like.

    Done. Serve hot or chilled.
