Steps

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Keep aside

Carefully separate skin slightly from chicken. (to make space to rub the paste inside the skin) (make sure you dont cut off the skin)

Rub the mixed ingredients inside and outside the chicken. Rub underneath the skin as well.

Cut butter into thin slices or small cubes. Insert inside chicken, underneath skin and place some on top of chicken.
- 5
Roast chicken under gas mark 4 for 1 hour. (Roasting method, time and heat may be vary depending on the oven)
