Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 100 gmwhipping cream powder
  2. 200 mlmilk chilled
  3. 50 gmpowdered sugar
  4. 1apple
  5. 1orange
  6. 1/4 cupgrapes
  7. 1/4 cuppomegranate arils(seeds)
  8. 5-6strawberries

Cooking Instructions

    Take milk in a deep bowl. Add whipping cream powder and powdered sugar.

    Whip the mixture with an electric blender for 3-4 minutes until it forms a light and fluffy cream.

    Refrigerate it for about 45 minutes or keep it in the freezer for 10 minutes.

    In the mean time, chop the fruits into bite- sized pieces.

    Remove the cream from the refrigerator and put it in a piping bag.

    Take a serving glass bowl or tumbler and put the cream in it as a layer with the help of the piping bag. Add few chopped fruits over it. Put cream over the fruits again as another layer.

    Add fruits once again and then the cream as the final layer. Top it with few fruits. Prepare one more glass likewise with rest of the cream and fruits.

    Serve the delicious fruit cream chilled as a dessert.
