Ingredients

1 hour 30 mins
5-6 persons
  • 1.5 kgMutton
  • 1/2 kgtomatoes
  • 10green chillies
  • 1/2 tspKasuri methi
  • 2 tbspg.g paste
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tspBhuna zeera
  • 1 tbspcoriander seeds
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspred chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 2 tbsplemon juice

Steps

1 hour 30 mins
  1. 1

    Add oil and bhunoofy ginger garlic paste now add meat and cook it until half done.

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes with all spices and again cook it on high flame until oil comes up.

  3. 3

    Than add kasuri methi and sprinkle coriander,ginger,green chillies.Mutton karahi is ready to serve. 😋
