Moist Poached Chicken with Olive Oil

cookpad.japan
cookpad.japan @cookpad_jp

This is a different way to serve a tasty poached chicken If Magic salt or Krazy salt are not avaialable, sprinkle with rock salt and herbs you have at home! The poached chicken is lightly seasoned with salt, so do not use too much herbal salt! Sprinkle with lemon juice, if you like.

Cool the chicken completely to slice. While it is still hot, you will lose its juice and it is difficult to slice. If you use chicken breast, slice as thinly as possible. If you use chicken thighs, cut into thick slices. Recipe by Heartful Kitchen Rei
