Ingredients

  1. Greek yoghurt 245 g (1 cup)
  2. Self raising flour 223 g (1 cup 3/4)
  3. Smooth tomato purée
  4. Shredded mozzarella cheese 100 g (1 cup)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Pour your Greek yoghurt into your bowl with the self raising flour and mix until you get a smooth dough consistency.

  2. 2

    Flatten your dough and spread your tomato purée evenly. Now add shredded mozzarella cheese on your pizza dough. Now add desired toppings on your pizza.

    Bake for 20 mins and 400 f.
