  1. 1 cupBesan/ gram flour
  2. 1chopped onion
  3. 1chopped tomato
  4. 1chopped green chilli
  5. 3 tspChopped cilantro
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. as neededOil
  8. 1 tspjeera/ cumin seeds
  9. 1 tspajwain/ Carom seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Mix besan and water for a thick batter

    Chop all the ingredients

  3. 3

    Mix with the batter, add salt

  4. 4

    Add jeera and ajwain

  5. 5

    On a tawa, Grease oil. Then pour the batter and spread. Cook for both sides.

    Serve hot with green chutney and sauce.
