Cooking Instructions

Take besan in a pot and add carom seeds, garam masala, Red chilli powder and mix them well. Now add chopped green coriander leaves, green chilli, chat masala, salt and mix them well. Now add water slowly and form a smooth paste.

Heat pure ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds crackle them. Now add chopped onion and saute it till pink colour. Add grated malai paneer, chat masala and salt. Mix well them.

Heat a non-stick tawa on medium heat. Once hot drizzle about 1/2 tsp of oil. Once oil is hot, pour a ladle of batter and spread it to make a round shape like you would pour a dosa. Let the cheela gets cook on one side about 2 minutes or till gets golden brown. Flip and cook the other side as well.

Place the stuffing in one side of the cheela and roll to make a like dosa.

Now, stuffed Besan chilla is ready to serve with Tomato ketchup.
