Aloo kachori

Kachori can be prepared with various stuffings and potato stuffing is one of them. You can call it potato stuffed kachori and it is an ideal evening snack recipe and also can be served as breakfast. Somehow, the recipe is almost similar to the traditional khasta kachori with stuffing from spicy potato masala. It is a North Indian street food snack and generally served with tamarind chutney and green chutney that enhance the taste.

Firstly, prepare the kachori dough and rest it for 15 minutes Prepare stuffing by heating the oil, add 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp coriander seeds (crushed), Fennel seeds, Hing. Saute till it turns aromatic.
Now add chopped green chillies, ginger paste, and saute it for 1/2min.
Add all spices and keep the flame low. Saute it.
Now add boiled and mashed potatoes, add 1/2 tsp salt and mix properly.
Aloo stuffing is ready now.
Now prepare small sized ball from dough. Make it flatten - 2
Now scoop 2 tsp of prepared aloo stuffing and Place in centre.
Get edge's together and press it to make flat shape.
Deep fry the kachoris.
Fry it on medium flame carefully.
Serve hot kachoris with tamarind chutney and green chutney. - 3
