Ingredients

  1. 400 mlOnion soup stock
  2. 200 gramsSilken tofu
  3. 200 gramsCorn (kernels)
  4. 1Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Add the corn and tofu to the onion soup stock, gently warm it, and blend it until smooth. Season with salt to finish.

  2. 2

    I added some baked and shredded lightly-salted salmon and more corn kernels and made a doria.
