Ingredients

  1. 250 gmchopped and washed palak
  2. 1/4 cupchopped coriander leaves
  3. 1 big tomato chopped
  4. 1 chopped capcicum
  5. 1 tbspginger chillies paste
  6. 1 tspcarom seeds
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. as per tasteSalt
  10. 1 tspgaram masala
  11. 1 cupbesan
  12. as per needWater
  13. as requiredOil

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl and add chopped palak, coriander, tomato, capsicum, carom seeds, and all spices and mix well with hands

    Now add besan and water as per requirement and mix well with proper consistency, it should be thick yet pourable

  3. 3

    Heat a tawa, and spread cheela into a dosa, it will slightly thick but it spreads quite well. spread some oil and cook well

  4. 4

    When the underside is cooked, flip and roast on the other side.After it is cooked completely, cheela is ready to serve.
    Serve with chutney or yogurt
