Pork-Wrapped Apples

I wanted to eat some pork with apple sauce.
I think kogyoku apples work the best for this, but if you use a sweeter apple, adjust the honey or sugar accordingly. If you want the apples to be soft, cook for a bit longer. Recipe by Konan7

I wanted to eat some pork with apple sauce.

Steps

Remove the stem and core of the apple, then cut into 12 pieces.

Wrap the apples with the pork. Season with salt and pepper.
- 3
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and cook Step 2. Once the meat has cooked through, use a paper towel to sop up the remaining oil.

Finally, add the butter and honey to Step 3, then pour in the soy sauce. Coat the pork in the sauce and serve.
