Oil-Free! Bamboo Shoots and Shiso Dressing

I came up with a healthy and low calorie dish.
You can use canned bamboo any time of the year, but using some home-boiled seasonal bamboo is the best! It's delicious.
If you're concerned about the alcohol content of the mirin, bring the alcohol to a boil to evaporate it, then let it cool before using. Recipe by Stylish Mama

It also tastes good if you add yuzu or lemon juice! In that case, decrease the amount of vinegar. Recipe by Stylish Mama cookpad.japan -

Oil-free Vietnamese-style Dressing Oil-free Vietnamese-style Dressing
Thai ' Som tam' and Vietnamese 'Goi du du' are similar. In my opinion Goi du du is slightly milder. The mint makes this dish very refreshing too. Som tam has dried shrimp, but there are none in Goi du du.Palm sugar gives an authentic flavour to the sauce, but if it is not available, use sugar. If you are using fresh coriander and mint leaves, add them to the salad. If they are not available, add dried ones to the sauce. Just add a few leaves to enjoy the nice Asian flavours in this dish. This salad should be made with green papaya, but it is difficult to get. Use daikon radish and mizuna instead. Recipe by Heartful Kitchen Rei cookpad.japan -
