I came up with a healthy and low calorie dish.

You can use canned bamboo any time of the year, but using some home-boiled seasonal bamboo is the best! It's delicious.

Ingredients

  1. 100 gramsBoiled bamboo shoots
  2. Oil-Free Shiso Dressing
  3. 3leaves Shiso (finely chopped)
  4. 1 1/2 tbspeach Soy sauce, mirin
  5. 1 tbspVinegar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Slice the boiled bamboo shoots. (If using canned bamboo shoots, boil for 2 minutes first.)

    Mix the dressing ingredients.

  3. 3

    Mix together Step 1 and Step 2 and let the flavors meld for about 30 minutes.
