Ingredients

100 gramsBoiled bamboo shoots
Oil-Free Shiso Dressing
3leaves Shiso (finely chopped)
1 1/2 tbspeach Soy sauce, mirin
1 tbspVinegar

Steps

Slice the boiled bamboo shoots. (If using canned bamboo shoots, boil for 2 minutes first.)

Mix the dressing ingredients.

Mix together Step 1 and Step 2 and let the flavors meld for about 30 minutes.
