Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 120 grams・Bean sprouts
  2. 1 tbsp・Ground sesame seeds
  3. 1 tbsp・Soy sauce
  4. 1 tsp・Vinegar
  5. 1 tsp・Maple syrup
  6. 1 dash・Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Stir-fry the bean sprouts for about 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    Transfer into a sieve, and let them cool at room temperature.

  3. 3

    Mix the ground sesame seeds, soy sauce, vinegar, maple syrup, and salt in a bowl.

  4. 4

    Place the bean sprouts in a separate bowl, and pour in the Step 3 dressing, then mix well.
