Cooking Instructions

Stir-fry the bean sprouts for about 5 minutes.

Transfer into a sieve, and let them cool at room temperature.

Mix the ground sesame seeds, soy sauce, vinegar, maple syrup, and salt in a bowl.
- 4
Place the bean sprouts in a separate bowl, and pour in the Step 3 dressing, then mix well.
