Steps

Mix milkmaid, oil & sugar in a bowl.Then add all the dry ingredients & vanilla essence to it.

Mix well & gradually add milk to it.

Grease a cake tin with ghee & pour the batter in it.

Bake the cake in preheated oven for 30-35mins @ 180degree.

Do the knife or toothpick test. Once it cools down.. demould n decorate as per your own wish.

Melt the chocolate & mix little milk for chocolate ganache*
