As neededoil
as per taste salt
1/3 tspred chilli powder
4bread slices

Take a bread to apply malai to it.

Now spread the salt, red chili powder in it and cover with another bread slice.

Now take a tawa apply a few oils on it and roast the toast from both sides.

Now malai toast is ready to serve.
