Baked Potato Wedges

Baked potato wedges are a better option to fried wedges or french fries. It is very simple and easy to make at the same time it is very delicious. My kids absolutely love this. It is best served with tomato sauce or any other dips you like. It can be a great finger food for a get together. It can be served as a snack or a starter.

Steps
- 1
Wash the potatoes properly to remove any dirt as we are keeping the skin on. Now cut a potato into 8 wedges. Prepare all the potatoes in a similar way.
- 2
Mix all other ingredients in a big bowl and give it a good stir. Now add potato wedges to it and mix it well to coat each piece nicely.
- 3
Arrange all the wedges on a greased baking tray and bake it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Check if it is ready, if it is still a bit hard, bake it for another 5 minutes. Do not overbake.
- 4
Serve potato wedges with any kind of dip or tomato sauce. I have served it with peri mayonnaise and guacamole.
