Ingredients

30 minutes

  • 10Bread slices
  • 4boiled potatoes
  • 1onion
  • 1Green chilli
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • Handfulcurry leaves
  • Handfulcoriander leaves
  • Pinchturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspginger garlic paste
  • 2 tsp oil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Toast bread

    Boil potatoes and peel off.

    Slice onions, green chilli, curry leaves. Take a pan and keep it on the stove, once the pan heats add mustard and cumin seeds, once it starts crackle add onions, green chilli, curry leaves. Roast it in low flame.

    Then add salt, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, mix it well. Mash the boiled potatoes and mix it. Add pepper powder, coriander powder, coriander leaves. Turn off the stove.

    Slice the bread, put aloo curry into it and serve hot.
