Ingredients

Combine Dry mix and mix thoughly
1 1/2 cupsflour
3 Tbsbrown sugar
1 tbsbaking powder
2 tspcinnamon
Dashsalt
Combine Wet mix and mix thoroughly
2whisked eggs at room temp
3 tbsmelted butter
1 1/4 cupsmilk at room temp
1/2 tspvanilla

Slowly combine wet mix to dry mix whisking as you go. Should be a velvety consistency.

Add batter to skillet to cook pancakes.
