First take papad and roast them on flame.

Now take a wok, add oil and crackle the cumin seeds. Add the onions and fry them till translucent.

Add tomato purée and cook until mixture starts to leave sides. Now add all the spices and mix well, cook for few mins.

Add whisked curd to it on low flame and mix well. Add 2 tbsp water and let it boil. Now add roughly broken pieces of roasted papad and mix well. Cook further for 2-3 mins and turn off the flame. This traditional curry goes well with Roti and rice.
