Chop all ingredients.

Beat the egg with salt turmeric,&red chillipowder. Heat 1tbsp of oil in a frying pan.Add crushed garlic,chop spring onions, chop tomato,greenchilli, cook for 2-3 mints until soft.

Add all spices & salt, fry for a further minute. Add the egg mixture to the pan &swirl the pan until the omelette mixture is cooked underneath.

Carefully flip the omelette over & cook for 1-2 minutes, until golden. Scatter with 1 tbsp of coriander leaves serve immediately.
