My Spicy Pulled Beef 🥰#Lunch#Mainmeal#Sandwiches

This is Brisket beef it's good because it does slow cook nice and soft and easy to pull into shreds. Tasty too. I had added some spices all mixed and all around the joint of beef. Chilli, paprika, Garlic, onion powder and oregano it turned out lovely . Slow cooked in the slow cooker then in the oven to finish off.

Steps
- 1
Add the spices to a flat dish and mix in.
- 2
Add the joint of beef to the plate and roll it around so as all the spices are all around the beef.
- 3
Add the water to the slow cooker on high for 3 hours. Then add the joint of beef.
- 4
After the slow cook time add the joint and the juices to a small oven dish. Cut up the beef into slices.
- 5
Cover the dish with foil and add to a preheated oven 150°C for 30 minutes.
- 6
Take out and with 2 forks pull it into shreds. The liquid will have soaked in so no losing the flavour.
- 7
Serve hot with whatever you wish. Wraps, crusty bread, chips or salad or just veg.
