Place all the meat, all the vegetables except the chickpeas, and the water in a pressure cooker. Bring to a boil.

Once cooked, skim off the fat and remove some broth to cook the chickpeas separately. (Since the chickpeas are already cooked, adding them from the beginning would cause them to fall apart.)

At the same time as the chickpeas, skim off more broth and use it to cook the rice. Rice usually takes about 20 minutes to cook.

Finally, serve.
