  2. 2tomatoes, diced or grated
  3. 4 clovesgarlic, minced
  4. 1bell pepper and 1 hot pepper
  5. Any leftover chicken pieces, thighs or breasts, uncooked
  6. 3medium potatoes
  7. Salt and black pepper to taste
  8. 1 teaspoonpaprika
  9. Onion powder
  10. Garlic powder

Cooking Instructions

    Chop the onions, garlic, peppers, and tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, and all the spices mentioned.

    Take part of the seasoning mix and rub it onto the chicken, whether thighs, breasts, drumsticks, or cutlets, and let it sit for a while.

    Slice the potatoes thinly and season them with the remaining onion mixture.
