Baked Chicken and Potato Slices

Chop the onions, garlic, peppers, and tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, and all the spices mentioned.

Take part of the seasoning mix and rub it onto the chicken, whether thighs, breasts, drumsticks, or cutlets, and let it sit for a while.

Slice the potatoes thinly and season them with the remaining onion mixture.

Add 1 cup of water, place the potatoes in a baking dish, arrange the chicken on top of the potatoes, preheat the oven, and cook the potatoes on the stovetop. Cover with foil and place in the oven.

Let it cook until done, then remove the foil and let the chicken brown.

You can skip the chicken if unavailable and use a bouillon cube or broth instead. If you don't have potatoes, you can use zucchini or peas with carrots. Use whatever you have available without spending much time, effort, or money.
