These Pancakes are basically made with Papaya. Hence I have chosen this apt name for these lovely fruity Pancakes. These easy to whip up lovely looking Pancakes are done in no time at all. They are the perfect one's to enjoy and relish at Breakfast, Brunch, Snacking or even Dinner. The options are endless and so are the serving suggestions too. I simply served them with Honey and Papaya chunks. So let's get started.

Add all the ingredients to a bowl one by one and whisk. For the Papaya Fruit, do not make a puree out of it. I had just mashed it a little because I have used a very ripe one. However it depends on the individual choices. You can very well make a puree. I wanted to get a few pieces in every bite.

Heat a pan. Add a small blob of Butter. Pour a ladleful of the batter onto it. Cover and cook on both the sides for a minute or two each. That's it.

Follow the same for all until the batter has been used up fully. Serve with a drizzle of Honey and Papaya chunks. Enjoy!
