Ingredients: 2 tbsp butter; 1 tsp sesame oil; 5-6 garlic cloves; 1 medium finely chopped onion; 1 finely chopped capsicum; 200 grams mushroom; 1 tsp chilli sauce; 1 tsp soya sauce; 2 tbsp tomato ketchup; 1 tsp Schezwan sauce; 1/4 tsp red chilli powder; to taste Salt; 2 tsp Chopped coriander to garnish

2 tbspbutter
1 tspsesame oil
5-6garlic cloves
1medium finely chopped onion
1finely chopped capsicum
200 gramsmushroom
1 tspchilli sauce
1 tspsoya sauce
2 tbsptomato ketchup
1 tspSchezwan sauce
1/4 tspred chilli powder
to taste Salt
2 tspChopped coriander to garnish

Firstly add butter and sesame oil together on a medium flame.

Then add in chopped garlic, onions and saute until it turns golden brown in color.

Now add in chopped Capsicum and cook for 30 sec, do not overcook

Now add button mushroom and give it a good stir.

Then add the mentioned spices one by one like chilli sauce, Schzwan sauce, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, red chilli powder, salt as/ taste

Cook for 5 min on a medium flame when it turns little thick, garnish it with some coriander leaves and serve hot.
