1 teaspooncoconut essence
1 teaspoonbaking powder
1 cupflour
1 cupmilk
50 gramssugar 25 grams of prestige margarine
1egg

Sieve your flour and baking powder

Line your cupcake papers in the cupcake baking tin
3

Mix all ingredients

Add in flour bit by bit.. alternating with milk as you fold in gently.

Bake for 25 min at 200°C..

Frost and Enjoy with a cup of coffee or tea or juice
